Upon check-out, our agent will inspect the premises for any damage. If no damage is found, we will happily refund the full deposit amount within 30 days of your departure.

Absolutely no more than 6 individuals.

This home is not child-proof and is, therefore, not suitable for children younger than 5 years of age. Newborns and older, well-behaved, children are welcome. We go to great lengths to provide numerous fragile nature items to educate guests about conservation - and need to keep them intact.

While we love animals of every sort, not everybody does. Therefore, we must regrettably prohibit pets except certified service animals. Certified service animals must have a certificate of health from the veterinarian on record, as well as documentation of current flea prevention prescription medication.
